1. Agreement to Terms

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices if there are changes in the scope of work or unforeseen circumstances that materially affect the cost of providing the services.

4. Health and Safety

We will comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations in the provision of our services. Clients must provide safe access to all areas where work is to be carried out and inform us of any known hazards or special requirements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in reports, surveys, and other documents produced by us remain our property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use such documents for the purpose for which they were produced but may not reproduce or distribute them without our consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by the client as a result of our negligence or breach of contract shall be limited to the value of the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes.
